# Free-to-play

Nigma will be a completely Free-to-Play game. Players will be able to play the game on any available platform for free. This means that **players will not have to make an upfront investment in the game to play**.

### **How it works** <a href="#how-it-works" id="how-it-works"></a>

All new players will be given a set of free equipment to start the game with. This **free equipment cannot be traded on the marketplace** and doesn't have the same earning capabilities as NFT equipment. Even if you are new to shooting games, you will have no problem easing into this one thanks to its simple rules. In no time, you will be on your couch battling your way to the top.
